There was this greatest prank in the history of NUS High School that occurred somewhere during the first semester of school (I think). So there was this Indian guy in our school hanging out with the rest of his friends. They were teaching this guy to learn Chinese! Or so it seems......
"Hey, I dare you to say "嫁给我吧" to the first girl you see." Thinking that it is some vulgar phrase, our Indian friend hyped up and went straight to a girl who was entering the area and said to her,"嫁给我吧!"(Oh men, I would have loved to see her reaction XD)
This is how I first heard of the name Hari (our Indian friend) and Zhao Ye (the girl). And people continued to tease them for the rest of year 3 and year 4.
